At TeacherGiving, we are committed to providing a transparent, trustworthy, and impactful crowdfunding experience for both educators and supporters. As a platform dedicated to empowering educators by enabling direct financial support, we strive to ensure that all contributions go directly to their intended purpose. Because of the nature of our platform, all donations and payments are final and non-refundable.
No Refunds Policy
By making a contribution through TeacherGiving, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All donations are final: Once a donation has been made, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Every contribution is immediately directed to the intended teacher’s fundraising goal to support classroom needs, educational tools, and professional development.
- No chargebacks or reversals: Because funds are used to support teachers as quickly as possible, we do not allow chargebacks or payment reversals. If you experience a payment issue, please contact your payment provider directly.
- Campaign outcomes are not guaranteed: While we vet our fundraising educators to ensure legitimacy, TeacherGiving does not guarantee specific results from any donation. Teachers determine how to best utilize funds within the guidelines of their fundraising campaign.
- No refunds for accidental donations: Please double-check your donation amount before completing your transaction. TeacherGiving cannot offer refunds for accidental contributions, duplicate payments, or changes of heart.
Disputes & Issues
If you believe a donation was made in error due to fraud or unauthorized access to your payment information, please reach out to our support team at [support@teachergiving.com]. We take fraudulent activity seriously and will investigate any concerns related to unauthorized transactions.
Changes to this Policy
TeacherGiving reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. We encourage all users to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our terms.
